One of the honey most known and appreciated by consumers. The first honey of the season, harvested only when the flowering of rosemary is good, in late winter and early spring in the mountains of Alicante and Valencia. It presents a golden color, its crystallization is fast and of pasty consistency. Its aroma with floral and fruity tones is of low intensity that increases in the mouth.
